We are recruiting: foundry labourer (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Archer County, Texas. You will work on the moulding line. On a typical shift you will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
