Immediate opening: powder spray gun operator (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Motley County, Texas. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience.
