Die-casting operator • Concho County, Texas

Now hiring: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Concho County, Texas. You will work at a busy iron foundry. Your main tasks: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
