VMC operator — Bay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Bay County, Michigan. You will be based at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges On a typical shift you will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
