Grill cook — Hood County

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Hood County, Texas. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
