Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kanke, Plateau State. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls 6+ years on the tools preferred.
