Now hiring: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Reno County, Kansas. The role involves: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles 6+ years on the tools preferred.
