Immediate opening: elevator technician (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator technician in Frederick County, Virginia. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Day-to-day duties: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Rotating shifts.
