Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Catron County, New Mexico. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
