Head baker — Shelby County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Shelby County, Missouri. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
