Immediate opening: we are hiring a press setter operator in Nkanu East, Enugu State. You will be based at a busy press shop. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Day to day you will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; record output and downtime on the production sheet; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting.
