What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
