Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Pine County, Minnesota. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service Six days a week, one day off.
