Bakery assistant — Wamba

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Wamba, Nasarawa State. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₦185,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
