Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Goliad County, Texas. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
