Now hiring: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Navarro County, Texas. The job is at a textile finishing unit. On a typical shift you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; give each garment a final press before packing; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
