Dozer operator — Schoharie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dozer operator in Schoharie County, New York. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. The role involves maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes 4+ years on the tools preferred.
