You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory You will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line.
