Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Lyon County, Kentucky. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift.
