Immediate opening: laundry presser (Plateau State)

Join our team: we are hiring a laundry presser in Kanke, Plateau State. You will be based at a garment factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep On a typical shift you will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
