Cold room technician — Champaign County

Join our team: we are hiring a cold room technician in Champaign County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns On a typical shift you will check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
