Surface coating operator wanted in Robertson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Robertson County, Kentucky. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
