Immediate opening: in-process quality controller (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Hardeman County, Texas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
