Immediate opening: earthmoving equipment operator (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Henry County, Missouri. You will be based on a road construction project. The role involves: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Performance bonus on top of base pay.
