Powder coating technician — Jay County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Jay County, Indiana. The job is at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Part-time with flexible hours.
