We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Fillmore County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces You will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
