Packaging machine operator wanted in West Lothian

Now hiring: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in West Lothian, Scotland. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Good attention to detail and steady hands • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery On a typical shift you will segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges.
