Die-casting operator wanted in Lavun

Great opportunity: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Lavun, Niger State. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Your main tasks: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
