Demolition labourer — Colfax County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Colfax County, Nebraska. You will work on a road and bridge project. The role involves set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up. Requirements: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
