Powder coating operator — Cabell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Cabell County, West Virginia. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
