We are recruiting: concrete finisher (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Russell County, Virginia. You will work at a ready-mix concrete plant. The role involves erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule. Ideal candidate: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
