Rebar installer — Marion County

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar installer in Marion County, Oregon. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. The role involves: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift You should have: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
