Vacancy available: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Titus County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Day-to-day duties: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Give each garment a final press before packing Performance bonus on top of base pay.
