Deboner — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Washington County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
