CNC programmer-operator — Jessamine County

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Jessamine County, Kentucky. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade 5+ years on the tools preferred.
