Turning centre operator • Madison County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Madison County, Kentucky. The role involves adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers. You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls 5+ years on the tools preferred.
