CCTV operator — Merthyr Tydfil County Borough

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CCTV operator in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, Wales. You will work at a hotel entrance. What we are looking for: • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Height and weight as per security norms You will hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. £1,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
