Dough maker — Tom Green County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Tom Green County, Texas. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
