Fine-dining server wanted in Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Franklin County, Maine. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
