Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile mason in Henderson County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage The role involves apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge.
