Motor grader operator — Brown County

Join our team: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Brown County, Kansas. You will work on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery The role involves: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket Full-time, day shift.
