Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Giwa, Kaduna State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
