We are recruiting: we are hiring a car refinisher in Washington County, Alabama. Day to day you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. What we are looking for: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
