Concrete worker — Yadkin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete worker in Yadkin County, North Carolina. The job is at a precast concrete yard. You will compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Full-time with occasional weekends.
