Laundry presser — Jackson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a laundry presser in Jackson County, Minnesota. You should have: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Day-to-day duties: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments Six days a week, one day off.
