Pot washer — Major County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Major County, Oklahoma. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Six days a week, one day off.
