Now hiring: we are hiring a press machine operator in Sumner County, Tennessee. You will work on the press shop floor. The role involves: • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
