Great opportunity: kitchen porter (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Mercer County, Missouri. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Six days a week, one day off.
