We are recruiting: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Midland County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction Ideal candidate: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
