We are recruiting: we are hiring a presser in Hill County, Texas. Day to day you will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep We offer $11,750 per project plus benefits.
